Contour is a privately owned business, who has been in operation for 20 years, with offices in Maroochydore and North Lakes, providing multi-faceted engineering services throughout Queensland.

Contour is looking to secure the services of an Executive Administrative Assistant, whose key function will be to assist one of Contour's Directors.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the provision of high-quality executive assistant and project coordination/administrative services. The role will also include provision of assistance to other executive team members, and to form part of the administration team providing reception relief, data entry, and general administrative duties.

The successful applicant must be positioned, and willing, to work for a Director who is very spontaneous and leads unique projects, and is thus required to have flexibility to alter work hours to accommodate the Directors' ever-changing schedule and work commitments.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, passionate about attention to detail, and prides themselves on excellent letter writing and mathematics skills.

This role is full-time, and the successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:


• Support the Director to manage timelines and workload priorities, with this resource expected to deliver a number of key outputs.


• Administration assistance in management and coordination of design and/or construction projects.


• Assist in the development of Fee Proposals and/or Tender Responses.


• Review and improve existing company templates.


• Reception - point of contact for potential clients and referrers.


• Organise company promotions and maintain an appropriate amount of kitchen and office supplies.


• Champion of the use of AI technologies to enhance the efficiency of services delivered.

It is mandatory that the candidate has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, with a degree relevant to project management and/or law and/or engineering and/or customer service considered advantageous.

In additional to the above, preference will be given to applicants with the following:


• Knowledge of 'Total Synergy', knowledge of '12D Synergy', excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work, and strong use of Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is a full-time role based in the Sunshine Coast.

Given the nature of the position, it is office based, and work from home will not be possible.

This role is only open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, or those with valid work rights in Australia.
