They're looking for a superstar Reception & Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of the office and the organisational glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

Your new role

No two days are the same in this fast-paced, people-focused role. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, hospitality, and office coordination. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Opening and closing the office, ensuring communal spaces are clean and welcoming
  • Managing the phone console and promptly actioning contact emails
  • Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Organising catering for meetings, birthdays, and team events
  • Replenishing supplies, running errands, and maintaining stock levels
  • Supporting admin tasks like filing, mail distribution, timesheet follow-ups, and proposal prep.
  • Assisting with document management in Aconex (experience is a bonus, but not essential)

What you'll need to succeed

You're someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in presentation, and loves helping others. To shine in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in reception or office administration
  • A friendly, confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Basic finance or bookkeeping knowledge (preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with Aconex or other document management systems is ideal
  • A team-first mindset and a love for keeping things organised
