PERSONAL ASSISTANT – Family Law Role

Full-Time | Based in Maroochydore | Supportive Team Environment

About the Role

We are a busy and well-established family law practice located in the heart of Maroochydore. We are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in a full-time role supporting our lawyers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will play a key role in keeping matters on track and providing high-level administrative and secretarial support across a range of family law files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of legal documents and court forms
  • Diary and email management
  • File management (electronic and hard copy)
  • Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals
  • Billing, invoicing and general administrative support
  • Assisting with client onboarding and document collation

About You

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or legal PA (family law experience highly regarded)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of legal secretary or legal PA experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software (LEAP preferred but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Reliable, positive and team-oriented
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
