We're seeking a few Support Workers to work varied shifts across the week to create a truly connected Team.  If this sounds like you, then join us in creating an incredible journey for her

Shifts Available:

  • Monday's 9:00am to 3:00pm
  • Saturday's 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Additional shifts to cover team members

QSSS hourly rates are Weekday $35.66, Evening $38.30, Night $39.33, Saturday $48.65, Sunday $62.62, Public Holidays $ (sorry, rates are not negotiable).

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

We also support our staff through our EAP service which offers 4 x free counselling sessions where required, as well as discounted physiotherapy sessions at select physio practices while also having the assurance of consistency of Clients you support. You have a comprehensive suite of online learning to support you and face to face learnings.

To be successful you must…

  • Have experience in the disability field
  • Resonate with the role description above
  • Be a decent, caring and compassionate human who wants to help our nations vulnerable
  • Have awesome multitasking, prioritising skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Hold a NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children Blue Card
  • Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
  • Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…

  • To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
  • Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
  • Provide support to our Clients as required
  • To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
  • Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
  • Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
  • Be reliable, flexible and responsive to fill shifts when required
