If you enjoy managing your own files end-to-end and want to work with people who genuinely know and love property law, this could be your ideal next step.

The Role

You'll manage a diverse and interesting mix of residential, off-the-plan, commercial, and development-related conveyancing files. Working full-time, in-office, some offer hybrid working arrangements; you'll be part of a knowledgeable, friendly team that values collaboration and does things properly.

Your Day Will Include:
  • Running files autonomously from instruction to settlement
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, s32s, transfer docs, and completing PEXA settlements
  • Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, banks, and stakeholders to keep matters moving smoothly
  • Exposure to property and development work alongside senior lawyers
Is This You?

You'll thrive here if you have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in conveyancing or property law
  • Strong knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online, Land Registry
  • Confidence running your own files and communicating with clients
  • A proactive, organised approach and genuine pride in your work
