About the role

As a vital member of the Property Team you will enjoy being hands on with a wide range of matters including commercial, property development and residential. Reporting to the head of the team you will work closely with a wider team of experienced and dedicated lawyers and conveyancers.

Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
  • prepare and manage subdivisions
  • arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
  • draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
  • liaise with clients and other parties
  • complete contract reviews
  • associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills

Skills and experience we'd love

  • a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing/Property paralegal
  • excellent time management skills
  • sound knowledge of PEXA
  • excellent inter-personal skills with a strong client service focus
  • strong attention to detail
