Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Conveyancer role based in South Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will handle property transactions, including preparing contracts, managing settlements, and addressing legal concerns related to conveyancing. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, as well as providing expert legal guidance to facilitate seamless transactions. A strong focus on attention to detail and compliance with legal requirements is essential.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues related to property transactions
  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and handle high caseloads efficiently
  • Familiarity with Victorian property laws and regulations is a must
  • Relevant qualifications or work experience in Law or Conveyancing
