You'll be the face of our store ,

Preparing desserts, serving customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and helping create a warm and friendly environment for everyone who walks in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Prepare and serve desserts, beverages, and other menu items to high standards
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/transactions accurately
  • Keep the Dessert bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Support the team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Learn and promote new menu items or seasonal offerings

Requirements

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Friendly and approachable with great customer service skills
  • Previous food/hospitality experience is essential
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Must be able to do late night shifts (10.30pm on weekdays & Sunday and 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Experience in Fast Food industry is essential
