**Junior Draftsperson**

Our client’s workshop based in Mandurah; they have a requirement for a long term Junior Draftsperson with Autodesk Inventor and/or Autocad experience.

The purpose of the Draftsperson role is to assist with the production and development of drawings, models, designs and material requirements for various projects. The Draftsperson is a key link between managers, design team, and suppliers.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Consultation and production of 3D drawings and models for various projects
- Providing technical advice and support for various departments.
- Controlling documents relating to drafts, variations and final copies of drawings produced for clients.
- Liaise and assist with Contract / Project Management
- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding drawings.

The right person will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong experience using CAD 2D and 3D drafting programs. Autodesk Inventor & Autocad Works software experience is preferred.
- Studying towards or having completed an engineering or drafting qualification at Technical College level or equivalent
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
