About the role

This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and the chance to learn all aspects of working in a busy law firm. You'll be an important part of the team, assisting our lawyers and support staff with essential day-to-day office duties, including:

  • Managing and maintaining physical and electronic files
  • Filing court documents and outside clerking duties
  • Assisting at reception, greeting clients, and answering phones
  • Booking and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing and organising files for court and client meetings
  • General office administration to support the team

We're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Great communication skills and a client-service focus
  • The ability to prioritise and work as part of a close-knit team
