The Role

We're currently looking for a Personal Assistant to Director Office of the Chief Executive (AO5) with the ability to prioritise tasks with limited direction or guidance while carrying out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and require judgement and problem-solving skills

The Personal Assistant will:

  • Provide high quality executive, coordination and administration services to support effective and efficient operations.
  • Undertake diary management, organise travel arrangements, coordinate venue, manage information requests, draft correspondence and organise equipment and resource orders for meetings.
  • Enter rosters into the Health Roster system for the Research Unit.
  • Provide secretariat support to committees
  • Undertake office coordination activities
  • Provide assistance to the Research Unit team when required.
  • Manage the Research Unit Internet and Intranet pages to ensure they are updated as required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with or undertake tasks/functions within other domains of the Research Unit.
