**The Role***

We’re currently looking for a Personal Assistant to Research Operations Manager (AO5) with the ability to prioritise tasks with limited direction or guidance while carrying out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and require judgement and problem-solving skills

The Personal Assistant to Research Operations Manager (AO5) will:

- Provide high quality executive, coordination and administration services to support effective and efficient operations.
- Undertake diary management, organise travel arrangements, coordinate venue, manage information requests, draft correspondence and organise equipment and resource orders for meetings.
- Enter rosters into the Health Roster system for the Research Unit.
- Provide secretariat support to committees
- Undertake office coordination activities
- Provide assistance to the Research Unit team when required.
- Manage the Research Unit Internet and Intranet pages to ensure they are updated as required.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with or undertake tasks/functions within other domains of the Research Unit.
