What You'll Do:

As an F&I Consultant Trainee, you will learn how to:

  • Present and sell finance, leasing, warranty, and insurance products to vehicle buyers.
  • Understand and explain complex financing terms in a clear, customer-friendly way.
  • Build finance packages tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory F&I requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless purchase experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Interest in automotive sales, finance, or insurance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-first mindset and ethical approach.
  • Eagerness to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Matric/Grade 12 required; tertiary education in finance, business, or sales is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
