Junior Workshop Administrator - Newstead

In this role, you'll support the smooth running of a busy Retail workshop by ensuring jobs are finalised, recorded, and ready for timely delivery to customers and stores. It's a hands-on position where attention to detail and reliable follow-through are key.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing completed jobs and preparing them for dispatch
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
  • Coordinating with team members to keep workflow on track
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • General administrative and workshop support tasks

What you bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of admin, retail operations, or logistics experience
  • Sharp attention to detail and confident data entry skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive, can-do approach to juggling tasks and deadlines
  • Availability of at least 30 hours per week
