We operate a seasonal (Christmas based) website and online community.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work as a contractor to complete social media tasks - building up and managing Facebook groups, posting on Facebook + Instagram primarily, to increase social media engagement and drive visitors through to our website.

Starting asap with varying amounts of work available from now up until Christmas, this role offers flexible working hours- the days/ times you work is up to you.

This gives you the opportunity to work from home at a time that suits, or a location that you choose You will need to provide your own computer and equipment, and have a reliable internet connection.

We are open to people applying from all steams of life – you could be a university student, a graduate, stay at home parent, have prior experience or just have an amazing passion for social media

The Role:

  • Monitor and engage with our social media communities (primarily Facebook groups) and other social profiles.
  • Gather and create engaging content for our social media pages.
  • Edit existing content to ensure information is current.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent use and knowledge of Social Media.
  • Solid organisational/ admin skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously to execute and build on our social media strategy.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Photo editing, video editing and digital marketing knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

* Please note this is a contractor position and you will require your own ABN.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 per hour
