outlets in Coober Pedy, South Australia, including Coober Pedy LPO, CP Hardware, CP Cellarbrations

Bottle Shop, and Big Winch 360 Restaurant. The group continues to expand its systems

and operations, requiring a technology-focused professional to enhance digital processes and

business efficiency.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to analyse, design, and implement technology-

driven solutions that improve operational processes and data management across our group of

businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with management to identify business

requirements, enhance workflows, and maintain a consistent and effective online presence for the

group.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with business owners and managers to identify, document, and analyse operational

workflows and IT requirements.

Evaluate existing POS, stock control, and accounting systems to identify opportunities for

integration and automation.

Develop and document functional specifications for improved business systems and IT

solutions.

Design and implement enhanced workflows for transaction handling, stock management,

and business reporting.

Prepare and maintain management performance reports and analytical dashboards.

Oversee data management processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across all

business units.

Manage and optimise the group's online presence, including updates to the BigWinch 360

website, and coordinate SEO and online marketing activities for all businesses.

Analyse digital performance metrics to support management decisions.

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to implement system enhancements.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business

Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years' demonstrated experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

 Proven ability to analyse business processes and implement IT-based improvements in

multi-outlet or service-oriented environments.

 Experience with POS, accounting, and inventory management systems.

 Understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing, and basic web content management.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business divisions.
