About HomeRepair

HomeRepair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp Group Ltd (Suncorp), a major general insurer in Australia and New Zealand. Our primary business is to provide residential repair and emergency repair services in Australia for insurance claims made by Suncorp's home insurance customers.

About the role

As part of an ambitious national growth journey, we are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery across a multi-year, enterprise wide program. This role will define requirements, document processes, and support solution design to ensure technology and operational changes deliver measurable business value. The Business Analyst will challenge assumptions, analyse root causes, and ensure the program delivers scalable, future fit solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation across business units
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for technology and process solutions
  • Partner with technology teams to design solutions aligned with business strategy and program objectives
  • Facilitate workshops to co-design processes and validate requirements
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, accessible deliverables for diverse audiences
  • Testing and implementation support

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large scale transformation programs
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to align solutions with business strategy
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or a related field desirable
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (eg. CBAP, BABOK,IIBA) desirable
