The Role

You'll be the day-to-day lead on all things marketing, reporting directly to our Founders and working closely with Social Garden, our dedicated growth agency.

They're the engine room. You're the driver.

Together, you'll scale smart campaigns, test sharp ideas, and make decisions based on what actually performs.

This is a hands-on role with real scope to grow. You won't be managing a big internal team, but you will be managing priorities, performance, and outcomes across the funnel. You'll be trusted to take action, and supported to grow with it.

What You'll Be Driving

Paid Media: Work closely with Social Garden to plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and more - focused on acquisition and ROI.

Social & Content: Guide our organic strategy - ensuring consistency, engagement and brand alignment across channels.

Email Marketing: Support lifecycle marketing and Club engagement with smart, segmented comms that drive action.

Website & UX: Monitor site performance, manage content updates, and flag optimisation opportunities.

Brand Messaging: Ensure cohesion across all channels, helping us show up with clarity, style, and purpose.

Performance Reporting: Stay close to the numbers. Spot what's working. Recommend next moves.
