Product Marketing Manager

About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Xemplo, our workforce management platform. This is a mid-level role with a global scope and plenty of opportunity to grow. You'll be the
voice of the product
in market, translating features into clear customer value, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building the tools that help our sales and client teams succeed.

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications and be responsible for product marketing execution. From defining ideal customer profiles to building enablement assets and sharpening our market positioning, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Xemplo's product launches and features land with impact and generate measurable demand.

What You'll Do

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) for new product features and releases, planning launch activities across website, email, enablement and customer communications with clear success metrics.
• Conduct light research and interviews to define ICPs, buying triggers and priority use cases that shape positioning.
• Translate complex features into compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders, CFOs and business decision makers.
• Build and maintain sales decks, FAQs, one-pagers and competitive battlecards to support our sales team. Train sales on new assets and track adoption.
• Work with Customer Success and Marketing to deliver case studies, reviews and references that support buying decisions.
• Write engaging blogs, case studies, FAQs, email copy and website updates until a content marketer is hired.
• Manage and grow Xemplo's social presence until responsibility transitions to the content marketer.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and external SEO/digital agencies to align messaging and campaigns when necessary.
• Work with Xemplo's internal Graphic Designer, providing briefs and ensuring assets align with GTM priorities.
• As the team expands, support recruitment and mentorship of a content marketer to sit under you.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in product marketing (preferably in SaaS/HR tech or B2B software).
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and product features into clear value propositions.
• Proven track record building sales enablement assets and GTM campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to test hypotheses, measure outcomes and refine positioning.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and confident working across regions with a global mindset.
• Strong communicator who can partner effectively with senior stakeholders, while rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
• Experience managing creative resources (in-house or agency) a plus.
