Sales & Leasing Executive | Up to $80,000 | Sutherland Shire Location

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales & Leasing Executive, located on site. The Sales & Leasing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, listing and managing campaigns for both sales and leasing. The role requires strong client engagement, commercial acumen and the ability to execute end-to-end property campaigns while delivering superior client service.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the Managing Director and independently with the chosen candidate gaining valuable hands-on experience and ability to grow your career with ongoing mentorship and support.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge


•
Licence in Real Estate Practice (current licence/registration)


• Current driver's licence


• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships


• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets (YoY growth)


• Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns (leasing and/or sales) with minimal supervision


• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present confidently and persuasively


• High level of organisation and process discipline, with attention to detail


• Effective use of CRM and campaign management systems (e.g, , VaultRE)


• Ability to research, collate, and analyse asset information including basic pricing and positioning


• Prospecting skills with a track record of converting leads into listings


• Social media and digital marketing awareness to support client engagement
