About The Role
We're on the lookout for a Senior Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on analytics expertise, coupled with deep experience in data pipeline engineering using Python. . This hybrid role is central to our evolution toward modern data platforms that leverage Python, cloud-native tools, and AI/ML frameworks.

You'll lead and contribute to the design and implementation of high-performing data pipelines and analytical workflows that support strategic initiatives, automation, and real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage scalable Python-based data pipelines supporting multi-agent AI and advanced analytics use cases
  • Design, develop, and automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to prepare high-quality datasets for AI/ML models and BI tools
  • Support the migration of Alteryx workflows to Python, with strategic input and hands-on execution
  • Optimize existing pipelines for performance, reusability, and operational stability
  • Create detailed technical documentation and design artefacts for analytics architecture
  • Operate and maintain production-grade data pipelines and orchestration systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align data engineering with analytics, reporting, and business goals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Python-based data engineering, with a strong portfolio of building robust data workflows
  • Deep expertise in Python data libraries.
  • Proven track record of building ETL/ELT pipelines, including API integrations
  • Strong background in preparing datasets for AI/ML models and analytical platforms
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Alteryx workflows and their migration to Python
  • Exposure to BI tools like ThoughtSpot
