Job description:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and team coordination? Lyppard Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to support our Branch Manager and lead daily warehouse operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe distribution of veterinary pharmaceutical products across Queensland and New South Wales.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Ensuring scheduled run departure times are met
• Coordinating labour and resources to meet operational demands
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
• Leading by example in a hands-on, operational capacity

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• A natural leader with strong communication and motivational skills
• Professional, courteous, and able to manage performance and provide feedback
• Experienced in warehouse operations and familiar with WH&S requirements
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate and ideally holds a forklift license (advantageous)
