Our client is a fast-growing, tech-focused recruitment consultancy that partners with forward-thinking organisations in cyber security, data analytics, AI, and software development. We're looking for a sharp, ambitious IT Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of key hires in the tech space. You'll work across end-to-end recruitment sourcing top talent, shaping campaigns that cut through the noise, and building long-term relationships with clients who actually care about doing things right.

This isn't about admin and KPIs. It's about delivering value, moving fast, and being part of something that's growing with intention.

Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 recruitment across cyber, data, AI or dev roles
  • Leading smart, creative sourcing strategies. Your ideas are welcome here
  • Building genuine relationships with high-calibre clients and candidates
  • Helping grow accounts and spotting new opportunities
  • Shaping the narrative – you'll have a say in how roles are positioned and marketed
