We are a respected boutique agency specialising in the Real Estate and Business Support sectors, and the sister company to Resolver Recruitment, a name trusted in the market for over 18 years. With a busy temp desk already performing at a strong level, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take it further — and reap the rewards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant who doesn't just want a job, but wants to run a business within a business, with the backing of an established brand, a loyal client base, and the infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow an already well-established temp desk
  • Drive business development with past and existing clients to expand market share
  • Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience in a high-paced environment
  • Operate with commercial focus, treating your desk like your own business
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to take the business to the next level

About You:

  • Proven recruitment experience (ideally in temps, but open to strong perm consultants ready to transition)
  • Strong business development skills with the drive to build lasting client relationships
  • Commercially savvy with a mindset of ownership and growth
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where people and service come first
  • Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up into a role with real financial reward
