Job Title: Café Manager

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

o Managing the day to day operations of the café when the manager isn't there

o Ensuring relevant ordering is done, with excess stock not purchased

o Training of employees when required

o Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

o Direction from the manager is followed through efficiently and effectively

o Meeting all KPI's that have been set out

Responsibilities:

o Attend all staff meetings

o Cash handling and till finalisation

o Ensuring that cleaning checklists are completed and monthly checks are done

o Offering a high standard of customer service to match our reputation

o Increasing sales at all opportunities through value adds and giving information about

products

o Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the café

o Ensuring coffee standards are upheld and baristas are trained correctly

o Safety and cleanliness of the service and surrounding areas

o Dining room service according to the Rough & Bare's quality and service standards

o Increasing sales at all opportunities through the performance of the wait staff

o Working with the café manager to ensure operations of the café are smooth and

efficient

o Ensuring that all customer questions can be answered by yourself and staff – this

means always learning and keeping up to date on products and information

o Handling customer complaints in accordance with Rough & Bare's ethics and

standards, and ensuring staff are aware of these standards

o Communication to staff and senior management needs to be of a high standard

o Correct forms to be filled out in the event of an injury or maintenance

o Food handling standards are to be upheld at all times

Full time contracts available.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $46.00 per hour
