Flannerys Mona Vale are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Café All-Rounder to join our vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis - commencing in October, 2025.

Hours? Good question We are always happy to find more hours for employees who vibe our environment, however this role will commence at approx. two days per week (Tuesday and Saturday); with scope to increase if needed.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working in a café setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
  • Positive and teachable attitude
  • Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
  • Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
