**About the Position**

We are currently looking for **multiple Casual Team Leaders** to support our FreshPlus café at Lyell MCewin Hospital:
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Other responsibilities include:

- Training team members in store processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
- Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations.
- Assist in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.

**About You**

To be considered for these roles, you must display the following:

- Barista experience is highly regarded (training can also be provided on the job)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Team Leader role.
- Must be available for closing shifts Monday - Friday (12pm - 8pm)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
