About Us:
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing company. We're seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to lead our teams for the two cafes, which are Nine Yards Cafe and The Brightside Cafe. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business results. The role requires an ability to work autonomously and ensure confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and staff administration
- Control inventory, supplies, and resources
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control
- Analyze sales and revenue to optimize business performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in team management and leadership (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in hospitality industry (minimum 1 year).
- Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian driver’s license
- Reside in Northern Beaches.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling standards.
- Previous experience in management positions.
- Flexible availability, Monday to Friday.

Pay: $73,200.00 - $75,000.00 per year
