About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager for a pizza franchise. This is a hands-on, permanent full-time role that combines operational management with active contribution to kitchen duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff rosters.

- Contribute to kitchen duties, including pizza and pasta prep, dough-making, and toppings assembly.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Maintain stock records, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team and guide staff to maintain smooth, efficient operations.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.

- Meet daily store sales, quality, and operational performance targets.

- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced hospitality or quick-service environment.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Must hold or be willing to obtain Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificates.

- Eligibility to work in Australia.
