We're looking for an experienced wood-fire Pizza Cook to join our team. You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizzas to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values teamwork, creativity, and pride in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Manage dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station.
  • Assist with stock rotation and prep work.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a wood-fire Pizza Cook or similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza oven operation (wood-fired experience a bonus).
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for food and pride in your work.
