Located inside United Petrol Station, Deer Park, BRNX is all about great food, good vibes, and a fast-paced team that takes pride in every plate we serve.

We're now hiring experienced Cooks and well-presented Wait Staff to join our growing crew.

We're looking for cooks who:

• Have experience in cooking burgers, pizzas, pasta, ribs, loaded fries, and milkshakes.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle the pressure of busy service hours.
• Take pride in food quality and presentation — every dish should look as good as it tastes.
• Maintain consistency, hygiene, and speed under pressure.
• Are reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Cook and assemble menu items to BRNX standards.
• Manage prep and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure orders go out fast, fresh, and presented with style.
• Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.

We're looking for wait staff who:

• Are very well-presented, well-groomed, and confident.
• Communicate clearly and handle customers with professionalism.
• Can stay quick on their feet, multitask, and think on the spot.
• Solve small issues proactively and keep service running smoothly.
• Have a positive attitude and make guests feel welcome from the first hello.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers for dine-in and takeaway.
• Take accurate orders and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness across tables, counters, and service areas.
• Support the kitchen team during busy times.

• Experience in a fast-food, casual dining, or restaurant setup (preferred).
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Reliable transport to Deer Park.
• Valid Australian work rights.
