Essprom Pty Ltd, registered in Australia with ABN , is looking for a Marketing and Sales Head, a client facing role for a full time. The Primary technology focus will be on functional knowledge of Net-suite Planning and Budgeting, Net-suite Analytics Warehouse, Oracle EPM - EPBCS, PCMCS, PCBS, EDMCS, EPRCS among others.

The candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with Business Users and IT colleagues.

The Marketing and Sales Head for Essprom Pty would be responsible for

  1. Setting the projections for each financial year, with details of all revenue streams and expense budgeting.

  2. Development and Implementation of Sales Strategies and Sales Targets.

  3. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote the company's good and services.

  4. Setting and updating the policies of hiring sales resources and ensuring building of local team in Australia.

  5. Training of senior analysts including liaison with India office for such trainings.

  6. Representing the firm in official forums, meetings with partners and clients.

  7. Ability to perform a demonstration to partners and clients as well as deliver functional knowledge across the following software – NSPB, NSAW, Oracle EPM – EPBCS, PCMCS, PCBS, EDMCS, EPRCS among others.

  8. Responsible to liaison with partners like Net-suite, Oracle, Jcurve among others and overall responsibility of Marketing and Sales of the firm including closure of deals with clients and ensuring delivery timelines are adhered to.

  9. Finalization of books of accounts and taxation obligations for the firm in consultation with CPA as required by local law.

  10. Ensuring new business development activities in South East Asia. Making a business plan forecasting for expansion to South East Asia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
