Tradie Developers is a fast-growing Australian startup helping local service businesses (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, builders and more) succeed online through high-performance websites and digital marketing services.

We're looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial Outbound Sales Consultant to close warm leads over the phone — no cold calling. All leads have already engaged with our team via email or enquiry form.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Calling warm, verified business leads (no random cold lists)
  • Selling website development packages (core offer - big commissions)
  • Opportunity to also sell SEO & Google Ads retainers
  • Full control of the end-to-end sales cycle — you close your own deals
  • Logging calls, notes & deals inside HubSpot CRM
  • Work as much or as little as you want — completely flexible schedule
  • Weekly commissions (fast turnaround — no waiting for months to be paid)

What We're Looking For

  • MUST have proven phone-based sales experience (high performers only)
  • Confident closing deals between $1.5k – $8k+
  • Previous digital marketing / website sales experience is a bonus (not essential)
  • Self-driven, money-motivated, competitive — you want big commission
  • Honest, transparent, professional communicator
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely and logging activity properly
