We're on the lookout for a proactive and people focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team. In this hands on role, you'll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, employee relations and HR projects.
You'll play a key role in helping to deliver HR strategy and operational services across the business, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and support meaningful change. This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same and your ideas and energy will be valued from day one.
Here's a snapshot of how you'll make an impact:
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and development
- Provide day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
- Coordinate HR reporting, analytics and compliance activities
- Support HR projects including DE&I, engagement surveys and other programs
- Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, payroll inputs and system updates
- Lead talent acquisition activities, managing end to end recruitment, building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
- Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.)
- Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes
- High attention to detail, solutions focused approach and a collaborative mindset
- Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.
