THE OPPORTUNITYRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise day-to-day operation of pick-up area, ensuring that team members complete duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Greet and serving customers, ensuring that orders are ready for collection.
  • Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer.
  • Load customer vehicles according to the safety guidelines.
  • Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding safely.
  • Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
  • Assist retail team with in-store duties as required.
  • Report to Store Manager and HIS Operations Manager on pick-up related performance and activities.
  • General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience supervising a small team in either retail, dispatch, warehousing or related environments.
  • Proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Previous experience within customer service/inventory management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
