Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a well organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations at our South Australian distribution centre. Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your career? Decina is looking for a motivated and hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our South Australian team. Ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and stock control

  • Support warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records

  • Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

About You

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar leadership role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

  • Forklift licence (essential)

  • Sound knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processes

  • A hands-on approach and commitment to safety and quality
