About the role
Diptech Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration and Social Media specialist to join our growing team in our Epping, VIC dealership. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in supporting our operational functions and driving our online brand presence.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm and friendly reception for all visitors and clients
- Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organisation of office supplies
- Assisting with the management of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
