The Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a full-cycle social media and digital marketing role with strong emphasis on content creation, styling, influencer management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, plan, write scripts, shoot, and edit social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts) using both iPhone and professional camera equipment.
  • Craft captions, respond to comments, and actively monitor social channels to foster community engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer outreach and collaborations, including partnerships, campaigns, product gifting, and giveaways.
  • Plan and execute social media photoshoots – in-store or on-location – from concept to final content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams while working independently to create content that drives engagement and sales.
  • Support digital marketing efforts through content planning and asset management for eDMs, websites, and online marketplaces.
  • Assist with bi-annual marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and travel shoots as required.
  • Stay on top of trends, emerging platforms, and social algorithms to ensure content resonates with audiences locally and internationally.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement for brands.
  • Experience in scriptwriting and video production; advanced filming and editing skills using iPhone, camera, and software such as Final Cut, CapCut, InShot, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Strong styling sense and creative eye, with understanding of fashion brand aesthetics.
  • Experience in influencer management and partnership execution.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
