What's on offer?In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and receipting in accordance with subcontract agreements.
  • Reconciliation and processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting with end of month requirements, including but not limited to accruals, journals and project reporting.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies (stationary, clothing, catering etc.)
  • Maintaining project registers (e.g. subcontractor insurances)
In addition:
  • A proven ability to provide guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills with JDE experience preferred.
