Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant / Administration Assistant located in Melbourne, VIC. This role will be responsible for assisting the CEO / Founder in creating content for social media strategies, generating leads, analyzing web traffic, and implementing digital marketing campaigns. This role also involves assisting with administration and day to day operations and monitoring performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
- Strong expertise in general Marketing principles
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the fashion industry or sustainable practices is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
