SFP is dedicated to working safely and creating safe outcomes for our employees, Melbourne Water, its customers and the community. We are an inclusive team with a full spectrum of expertise and resources necessary to safely self-perform all Design and Construction (D&C) of Water, Sewerage and Sewer Rehabilitation works under this program.

**About the role**

We are seeking a commercially minded Administrator to assist the Commercial Manager effectively undertake commercial, quality and administrative activities on the Program. In partnership, you will ensure that the financial position of construction program is accurately reported and controlled effectively.

**Your responsibilities**
- Assist the Commercial Manger with Annual, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting.
- Liaise with the Project Managers, Site Engineers and Superintendent to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations and extension of time claims is captured.
- Carry out post tender evaluations and assist in procurement, including input into supply and subcontract agreements.
- Manage monthly progress claims for work completed by subcontracts / suppliers.
- General Administration and record keeping.
- Reconciliation of key commercial information and analysis
- Coordinating monthly meetings and managing invites for key stakeholders.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Assist with the preparation of the MW monthly report, and JV board pack.
- Preparation and review of Sub-contract agreements and tender evaluations
- Assist management of the Project’s progress monitoring systems.
- Maintain accurate Budget Reallocation Registers

**What you need**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
- Minimum of **5** years experience, construction preferred.
- Clear and definitive communication - written and verbal.
- Understanding of the construction process.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and all relevant in-house software.
