**About the role**: Your key duties and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to: - Handle tickets opened by users in a timely manner - Accurately log all calls using tracking software tool (Currently Service Now) - Categorise and perform initial fault diagnosis - Allocate and escalate issues to appropriate support teams and suppliers according to existing escalation matrix and procedures - Perform daily systems check - Identify and report on trends and potential problem sources inside the IT environment - Supervisory responsibilities to oversee 2 part time ISD Agents - The Service desk operates 7 days a week, so you may need to be available to work weekend shifts to cover the part time agents when they are sick or on leave **To be considered, you should possess**: - Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers - Good knowledge of MS Windows, Office and basic PC network troubleshooting - Professional presentation skills - The ability to work alone and as part of a team - The ability to work well under pressure - IT or related qualification - Ability to work Saturdays (once every 3 week period) - Willingness to travel to Europcar sites within Victoria occasionally - Valid Australian driver’s licence - Current and ongoing Australian work rights - Applicants must be willing to provide evidence of vaccination or medical exemption, if it applies. **What we offer you**: - Fabulous staff discounts (including Accor hotel staff discounts after 12 months) - Rewarded with an inclusive and dynamic team environment - A career in a globally recognised company that values its employees - Learning and Development opportunities - Senior upper Management support to coach and mentor you along the way, setting you up for success - Working from home opportunities - Free premium subscription and unlimited access to the Calm app - the #1 app for mental fitness **About Europcar Mobility Group** Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets.
