We are seeking a proactive and organised Education Program Coordinator to join a values-led organisation delivering culturally significant education programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people, systems, and purpose.

About the Role

You'll be the central point of contact for education bookings, supporting both internal educators and external clients. You'll manage inbox workflows, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across the team. The role also includes supporting special projects, drafting communications, and contributing to a collaborative and agile working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate education bookings and respond to client enquiries
  • Manage inbox workflow and support the education team
  • Assist with meetings, agendas, and internal communications
  • Provide accurate data entry and CRM updates
  • Support special projects and draft correspondence
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to generate future bookings
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to a safe, respectful workplace
About You

You're a confident communicator with strong admin and coordination skills. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering quality service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Admin or client service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
