The RoleThis is a role with plenty of autonomy. We want someone who can step in, take charge of execution, and make things happen without needing to be told what to do.

We are an Ai driven company so we are always on the hunt for ways we can improve efficiencies though new Ai systems.
Your ResponsibilitiesEmail, SMS & CRM Campaigns
- Take ownership of EDM, SMS, and app push campaigns from content creation through to segmentation, execution, and reporting.
- Build automations and flows in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager.
Content & Graphic Design
- Create promotional graphics, banners, hero images, and social content that engage customers and drive conversions.
Support and brief our social agency with strong content inputs and campaign ideas. - Update and develop website content around seasonal campaigns and key promotional periods.
Agency, Socials & Influencer Marketing
- Work with our social media agency to plan and execute content and trade calendars.
- Help develop and grow our influencer marketing strategy in partnership with the socials agency.
Execution & Ownership
- Own the implementation of marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Solve problems, take initiative, and move projects forward without needing to be micromanaged.
- Provide fresh ideas, contribute to creative direction, and be a driver of growth.
Team Contribution
- As part of our startup culture, everyone chips in where needed. This role may also include assisting with packing and sending orders - helping ensure our customers receive the same great experience across every touchpoint.
Must-Haves
- 1–3+ years' hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven campaign execution.
- Proficiency in graphic design for digital assets (social + web).
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp).
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for "getting things done."
- Strong organisational and communication skills — able to manage projects independently while collaborating with a team.
- Marketing or communications degree.
- Shopify experience.
- Hubspot expertise (highly regarded).
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- SEO knowledge and content optimisation skills.
- Interest in using AI tools to streamline marketing.
- Content creation/photography or videography support.
