WHAT IS THE ROLE AND WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Skincare Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support in managing and ensuring all our skincare products comply and meet required standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in

  • Safety Assessments (Formula Reviews)
  • Label and claim reviews
  • Requesting all necessary documents from the suppliers.
  • Managing questions between the compliance agents and the suppliers.
  • Resolving compliance fails with Product Teams
  • Handling Brand approvals through Brand Managers where required
  • Skincare registrations with various Global Bodies like FDA
  • Briefing Designers on artwork updates
  • Payment Requests

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting our Compliance Manager in ensuring all products are safe and meet standards
  • Checking all documentation is accurate
  • Meeting agreed timelines to ensure goods are shipped on time in full
  • Processing all Payment requests on time
  • Ensuring all renewals are processed and up to date
