the best website in our industry.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and excited to grow into digital product management, UX, or ecommerce optimisation.

Responsibilities

Merchandising & Product Content

  • Ensure product data, naming conventions, and categories are consistent.
  • Merchandise new product, campaigns, and core collections to maximise client engagement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Design on product launches and campaign rollouts.
  • Manage search optimisation through tagging and structured data.

QA Testing of Digital Assets

  • Review photorealistic 3D renders and animations for accuracy in colour, texture, and scale.
  • Ensure assets meet brand and quality standards before publishing.
  • Maintain QA checklists and flag issues with the 3D/visualisation team.

Website & Content Support

  • Assist in updating product pages, landing pages, and banners.
  • Liaise with developers (internal/external) to implement small UX/content updates.
  • Monitor site errors, broken links, and performance issues.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Run performance reports (page views, interactions, catalogue health).
  • Track catalogue accuracy and QA success rate.
  • Setup of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards).

Workflow & Team Coordination

  • Manage digital asset libraries and file organisation.
  • Assist the team on special projects (configurators, AR, AI integration).

  • Strong attention to detail (you notice when a texture, colour, or variant isn't right).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and file management.
  • Tech-curious interested in 3D, AI, AR, and new digital tools.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working across creative and technical teams.
