The Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM and Data) will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and segmentation/personalisation across BioPak group's customer journey. This role will focus on leveraging CRM, email marketing, automation, and customer analytics to maximize lifetime value (LTV) and repeat purchase – across Direct Customers (B2B), D2C as well as non-Direct (i.e. Distributors and QSR).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases for brands across the BioPak group (lead the BioPak, Huskee brands, support Decent and Bygreen).
  • Design and implement customer segmentation strategies (across Direct, Distributors and QSR), ensuring personalised and data-driven communication.
  • Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns (launches, newsletters, promotions, nurture sequences).
  • Work with the wider marketing and sales teams to implement customer retention initiatives, such as reactivation campaigns, win-back programs, and subscription models.
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome series, discovery, education, post-purchase nurturing, and re-engagement flows.
  • Utilise behavioural triggers and dynamic content to tailor messaging based on customer preferences, purchase history, and interactions.
  • Work closely with wider marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM insights contribute to improved customer experience and revenue growth.
  • Analyse CRM data to track key metrics, including customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, open/click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimisations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, and automation.
  • Proficient in CRM/automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention campaigns.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (Australian Privacy Principles).
