About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across digital channels: website, social media, email, and internal communications.
  • Plan and execute EDM campaigns end-to-end, including design, deployment, and reporting (Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Optimise SEO and manage Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on targeting and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Uphold brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all communications.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, event assets).
  • Support event and product launch comms — webinars, workshops, conferences, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with broader business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2+ years' experience in digital marketing or communications roles.
  • Strong skills in SEO and Google Ads campaign execution.
  • Experience running EDMs and reporting through platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for web, social, and email marketing.
  • Comfortable with data-driven marketing decisions and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and social media schedulers.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards such as TGA/AHPRA (a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Bonus: Graphic design experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or Envato.
