About the role;As a Broker Assessor, you will primarily be responsible to support the origination of Broker home loan applications, load loan applications in Lendfast, interpret and satisfy loan conditions to full approval in line with P&N Group's Credit Policy and within your delegation.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Credit, Loan Processing and lending skills, providing a unique skill-set and experience that will undoubtedly see you broaden your future career opportunities.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Case ownership from application submission to unconditional approval
  • Obtaining a Delegated Lending Authority
  • Processing of Fast Track apps, achieving full approval within 24 hours of broker submission
  • Checking and inputting Loan Application details to Lendfast
  • Validating Income
  • Assessing Serviceability
  • Investigating Transaction Statements
  • Acceptance of Valuation reports
  • Validating Offer & Acceptances
  • Collaborating successfully with brokers & Broker Support staff
