Your Role

  • Provide end-to-end support on loan applications – from documentation prep and lender follow-ups to post-settlement care.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders and internal teams to keep everything on track.
  • Maintain compliance, system accuracy, and up-to-date client records.
  • Contribute to improving processes and delivering an exceptional client experience.

About You

  • Prior experience in lending admin, financial services, or client services is highly valued.
  • Experience using AFG systems and tools is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with a can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, document portals, lender platforms).
